Pret launched their online store and direct-to-consumer model in 2020. Over the last 4 years, they’ve quickly scaled their operations to make their line of helmets, goggles and other accessories are readily available to a growing international customer base.

With 55% of conversations occurring outside normal business hours, this flexibility proves essential for their community’s shopping behaviour. We naturally guide site visitors through their pre-purchase journey, from production selection to technical specifications and sizing. Our experts help riders understand key product features like VOC-free paints, Level C ventilation control, HALEO antimicrobial technology, and the RCS fit system.
