Becca's "do it all" mentality has led to her expertise in avalanche safety, pack rafting, paddle boarding, fly fishing, mountain biking, back country skiing, running, hiking, and bike packing! She's a Vermont native and now resides in Colorado where she works in the hut system.

Laurel lives in Boulder, Colorado and is currently training for the UTMB 100k. She grew up skiing in New York and raced in college before kicking off her career in marketing and professional running. Laurel also loves climbing (rock and ice), backpacking, and helping friends shop for new gear!

Ian grew up climbing in the rugged, icy mountains of New Hampshire. He is now a full-time mountain guide, leading expeditions in Colorado, Washington, and Alaska. When he's not guiding, Ian enjoys cooking, reading, and searching for beautiful descents on his splitboard!

Eli has spent the majority of his life slogging around the woods and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. He has over a decade of experience in outdoor retail and education and now serves as director for a climbing non-profit. Eli loves just about any land-based, human-powered outdoor adventure!

Tyler discovered his passion for rock climbing while studying at Appalachian State. When he's not climbing, Tyler enjoys cycling, backpacking, paddle boarding, and trail running. His love for adventure led him to pursue a number of mountaineering trips throughout South America, Europe, and the US!

Noel has been ski touring, cycling, and packrafting across the US for decades and loves helping people gear up for adventures of their own. He's a professional skier and plans to spend the rest of his days sliding, rolling, and floating through the wilderness!

Michael discovered his passion for being outside over 30 years ago, playing in the muddy Maryland marshes as a kid. After spending time on both coasts, he now calls the Rocky Mountains home where he works as a ski instructor, guide, educator, and wilderness EMT.

Meg's love for the outdoors blossomed during many long weekend trips, packed inside a tent with her seven siblings. After graduating college, she began working as a guide and instructor where she strives to cultivate inclusive outdoor experiences for women and other underrepresented communities.

Theo hails from Telluride, Colorado, where he grew up ski racing and mountain biking. Although he works as an EMT, he still manages to find plenty of time to hit the slopes, bike, camp, run, and travel. Helping people find gear that gets them excited is second nature for Theo!

Miles has been a guide for over four years and is always stoked to get outside. Whether he's climbing sport lines or embarking on multi-day treks on the Colorado river, Michael thrives on helping others have safe and thrilling outdoor experiences of their own, starting with the right gear.

Kaitlyn has been rafting, backpacking, and ski touring since her early childhood. She works as a river guide, ski instructor, and athletic trainer, expanding access to the outdoors and helping others stay healthy and happy. She loves finding new ways to include her cat, Miles, on every adventure!

Lindsay has been skiing since she could walk and is now an experienced ski boot fitter, yoga teacher, and hiker. She also loves mountain biking, rock climbing, and paddle boarding. Lindsay believes the outdoors is a space for all, advocating for inclusivity and embracing uniqueness.

Sarah grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania where she fell in love with hiking, backpacking, cycling, and volunteering on the AT. She works in event management and spends her free time rock climbing, paddle boarding, fishing, and adventuring in her self-converted van with her fiancé and Bernedoodle.

Michael is a passionate rock climber, skier, vanlifer, designer, and photographer. He's currently traveling the country with his fiancé and pup in search of the best climbing spots. As a lifelong gear nerd, Michael loves answering technical questions and guiding people towards rad gear.

Avalon has been a professional outdoor educator for seven years. She leads hiking, climbing, and kayaking courses at NOLS and Girlventures, instilling confidence in the next generation of outdoor leaders. Outside of work, she loves surfing, dancing, soccer, and soaking up time with loved ones.

Reuben's life has been full of change, but his love for running remains constant. It's not only a spiritual escape to appreciate nature, but a competitive pursuit as well. Running continues to shape his journey, bringing him lifelong friendships and success at the collegiate level.

Tomas grew up in a small ski town in western Colorado where he learned to backpack and mountain bike at the age of six. After riding the trails around Crested Butte on his clunker back in 1975, he never looked back! He also works as an interpretive guide and makes his own yogurt to reduce waste!

Jordan moved out to Washington state in search of fast-moving whitewater. She's a whitewater kayaking instructor and raft guide in the summer, and ski patroller in the winter. Jordan is always on the lookout for the perfect piece of gear and loves sharing her passion for outdoor gear with others.
